Terms and Conditions
By paying for the artwork, the commissioner (aka the client) has read the Terms of Service of the artist and agrees to them.Changes can only be suggested while the commission is still in progress.
Completion times will depend on complexity, communication times between me and the commissioner and personal schedule– if for some reason there are unexpected delays I will be sure to inform you.
Setting deadlines will come with an additional raise in price.
I will require full payment if the commission is under 70€, if higher we can split half the price before starting the commission and half after the commission is finished but before
it’s delivered.All works I will be making for you will be for personal use only, and I will post them with the express permission of the commissioner unless agreed otherwise.
I, the artist, hold the right to the produced drawing (not the character), not the commissioner.
I, the artist, have the right to use the work I've made for you for my portfolio only.
I, the artist, retain the right to post WIPs of my work for publicity purposes unless agreed otherwise by the commissioner.The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
(Meaning making money of it in any way), unless the client has purchased the
Commercial Right to the artwork.
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
Feeding the artwork through a machine-learning device to generate AI-art.
